He further expanded his real estate acumen during a pivotal year at VCITI, where he spearheaded legal due diligence, drafted intricate agreements, and managed comprehensive document registrations.
Government & Policy Experience: Demonstrating exceptional versatility, Nagesh served at the Central E-Governance office in Vikasa Souda for eight months, meticulously vetting, drafting, and translating critical government circulars.
Corporate Leadership at Reliance: Nagesh's corporate trajectory culminated in a distinguished five-year tenure at Reliance Projects and Property Management Services Limited. Joining as a Senior Legal Executive, his exceptional performance quickly elevated him to head the Karnataka Legal Department for two years. During this time, he expertly managed complex property acquisitions, negotiated with major landlords and commercial entities, and orchestrated seamless coordination with key governmental bodies, including the BBMP, Treasury Offices, Sub-Registrars, DRO, IGR, and Co-operative Societies. He was the driving force behind extensive legal documentation, strategic notice management, and the briefing of Senior Counsels and Panel Advocates.
